Function introduction

Applied to the ball cover of smart speaker and laser cutting of button holes on the cover.

The smart speaker shell is made of hot-pressed cloth wrapping, laser-cut skirts, reversed wrapping, and button hole cutting processes. The cloth wrapping is attached by spherical hot-pressing, and the pressure is controlled by servo drive. The laser-cut skirts, reversed wrapping, and button hole cutting are all completed automatically, and the robot assists in automatic loading and unloading. The tooling board circulates on the upper and lower layers of the double-speed chain, and the front and rear elevators of the line body are set to realize the transfer of the tooling board between the upper and lower layers of the line body. The speaker shell is loaded and the finished cloth wrapping is unloaded and closed manually.

The double-speed chain is used to transfer the tooling board, and the robot automatically loads and unloads the material, and the hot-pressing of the cloth wrapping is completed automatically, saving manpower and improving product quality.
