Function introduction
Used for flexible FPC adhesive bonding process.
The FPC material is carried by the carrier and transported to the bonding station via the transmission track. The mounting head moves to the position of the Feeder support table to absorb the adhesive, and then moves to the bonding station to attach the adhesive to the soft board material, and repeats the cycle.
Adopt CCD automatic alignment correction and automatic detection and identification of finished products for OK&NG products. Graphical real-time monitoring of machine operation sensing (axis control, pressure, vacuum pressure). Supports real-time feedback of production quantity and real-time monitoring of production information traceability.
